This is so true! In the past, I'm not a water drinker, usually I'd take soda or any other juices when I'm thirsty or after a meal. Then I got very sick, my body was so dehydrated and my skin looked dry and old. Upon the advice of a doctor, I took 3 liters of water everyday. After a few days, I noticed that my skin had improved, it's no longer dry and dull. There's a bit of glow on my face even without makeup, others say that I don't look my age. Now, I make it a habit to drink water even when I'm not thirsty and no more soda.
