ride the Hot Air Balloon
When you're up there, you can see everything in the horizon. You have no control on your destination, you'll never know where the wind will take you and that's the exciting part.
I bet that would be fun! My dad got to go up in a hot air balloon when I was a kid, but I've never had the chance! By the way, just thought I'd let you know that I replied to your question about the fonts on my post "Beach Days". Not sure if it will be helpful or not since I didn't actually design the font, but I tried!
