The Dash Eating Plan for a Healthy Life

Ever since I got the bad news regarding my health, I've been searching online on how to improve  it. While looking for a low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium and no sugar, I came across about this DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) Eating Plan from the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute. According to the site, DASH is a flexible and balanced eating plan. The DASH Eating Plan lowers blood pressure. It is also lower in sodium than the typical American diet and it also includes foods rich in potassium, such as fruits and vegetables. The NHLBI also came up with these helpful guide:
I want to try this eating plan and I hope I can follow it religiously . I only got a few weeks left before I take that laboratory test again.

I hope you will be able to do it! <3 As for me, I think I managed to go on a strict diet for over a month but after that.. all hell broke loose >_< I am still trying every now and then but I guess the best is to be moderate :D Only that way you can keep it up without feeling its too strict or hard on yourself. You go lady!
